Each recording will be presented with its origin, date and context. I will distinguish what the footage actually shows or says from allegations, commentary and questions that remain unanswered.

Evidence standards and care
How I will present recordings
Videos can convey a powerful account, but a recording of someone making a claim is not itself a judicial finding. For each item I will identify the speaker or publisher where lawful, the recording or publication date where known, the original source and the relevant part of the investigation.
- Attribution: original publisher, source link and date, with any uncertainty stated.
- Context: a short factual explanation of what the footage establishes and what remains disputed or unverified.
- Privacy: no unnecessary identification of survivors, children or private individuals; consent and publication rights respected.
- Accessibility: captions, transcripts or a text summary where possible, and advance notice of potentially distressing content.
